Construction of residential projects
Construction of residential complexes is a service that allows to realize Clients' ideas into reality. Immersion in the project starts with understanding the concept, capabilities/technical solutions/"handwriting" of the Designer. This is followed by the planning of the construction works, regular monitoring of the completed works and progress reporting.
We are responsible for the timing, quality and budget of the project. We try to negotiate all complicated aspects with the Client as much as possible. Our experience in project realization helps the Client to eliminate deficiencies in units/design in advance, apply alternative solutions, build from scratch. To maintain our reputation, we offer prices for construction work. We leave the procurement and supply of capital intensive materials and equipment to the Client.
We have experience in correcting the shortcomings of previous contractors, adopting abandoned/mothballed works. We have experience in construction on subsidence soils, zones of high seismicity.
At the Kashagan Field Integrated Gas Treatment Facility in WKO the requirements for the works come from international companies such as ______. Compliance with screening, access and compliance requirements at the site itself are critical to the execution of the works. Strict adherence to environmental, health and safety regulations, shift organization, work order/sequence organization, requests and access to working documentation and regular reporting to superiors.
In the construction of engineering structures, preparation of PWP (Project of Works), organization of required material and human resources and their proper allocation for effective implementation of the entire project. Keeping minutes, tracking schedules, recording deviations, catch-up activities, documenting and archiving.
Transportation construction
Communications and reinforced surfaces, bridges, embankments, platforms, overpasses We performed works on erection of a bridge over an artificial reservoir on the project "Green Quarter". We also have extensive experience in the construction of overpasses in Zhambyl region. In total, we have erected more than 10 structures for industrial purposes.
Production and installation of reinforced concrete products
Manufacturing of reinforced concrete products in road construction, municipal construction and landscaping. Our products: stanchions, boards, tray varieties, curbs, stops, beams, reinforcement blocks, stop blocks, slabs and other products.
Our workshop offers a full cycle of products manufacturing: production of formwork, reinforcement, manufacturing and drying of products, mobile laboratory and warehouses for storage of finished products. Our advantage is in the organization of work by a small, close-knit team. We avoid high overhead costs per unit of production. This gives flexibility in pricing the product.
Project Management
Since 2022 we have been actively engaged in project management of Developers in different regions of Kazakhstan. Most of the Developers have experience in construction of buildings, but often do not think like an entrepreneur. Any construction project is tested by time, which means that project solutions should: be relevant to the region, be available for sale, take into account available financing instruments in the market, be detailed in terms of budget and timing, have a clear understanding of who will buy and who will live/use it.
Consultation
In Atyrau city our team has completely redesigned the conceptual design in three months. As a result, the project received more affordable apartments, became competitive, received staging, began to fit into the urban infrastructure.
Solution of arising issues (within the framework of the current laws), crisis management
In 2023 in Almaty for 9 months of work: from the project that had a court decision on demolition, we obtained an APZ (architectural and planning assignment) and coordinated the preliminary design, further allowing the Client to officially raise funds for the sale of apartments and complete the project.

Support of finishing of residential premises
Since 2022 we have been actively engaged in purchase, renovation and subsequent sale of liquid apartments in Almaty. The turnaround period from the moment of purchase to the realization of the apartment averaged 45 calendar days. In cooperation with real estate agency we selected apartments according to our parameters, for repair we launched brigades with foreign labor, renovated everything in 20-25 days, decoration, staging and sale. Full support of the transaction for private investors from the moment of purchase in their name to the sale and payment of tax on the gain. For the years 2022-2023, the total turnover of apartments was 20 units (figure). Understanding of the market allowed us to offer options to future apartment owners for long term rentals with subsequent resale at a profit.
